Braver is the startup you should have had internally – to help you validate ideas, test the market and launch products that actually work.

We follow these four working principles in all our projects.
We treat client projects as if they were our own startups. This means we will hunt for opportunities both within and outside the project’s scope, and do stuff that will increase the chance of success without necessarily asking in advance.
We test commercial hypotheses as early and realistically as possible, and only build what customers and users actually want (to pay for).
We cannot predict what will work in advance – so we obsessively test, learn and iterate, in all stages of a project. More iterations means more learning, which means better results. Simple (but not easy).
We're hyper aware of how incentives drive behaviour. We are skeptical of the traditional consulting model where the consultant's incentive is to spend as many hours as possible instead of reaching a desired result as quickly as possible. We'd rather have aligned incentives with our customers, and we're happy to share both risk and upside in client projects whenever possible.
Braver is made up of entrepreneurs, strategic advisors, designers, technologists and business developers – all united by a shared entrepreneurial spirit.
